Premitel are certified by Aastra for the installation and configuration of the Aastra 400 series PBX.
The Aastra 400 is an advanced IP-PBX that is cost effective for installations from 4 to 400 extensions and contains many features found only in enterprise PBXs.

Premitel can offer the Aastra 400 equipment at trade prices to:
- PBX resellers
- IT and computer equipment resellers; and
- cable installers.
The condition is that Premitel must supply chargeable professional services for all work associated with the configuration and programming of the Aastra 400 control unit and its peripherals.
The reseller would typically install the cabling and carry out all work associated with connecting the phone system control unit and associated equipment to the customer’s network.
Premitel would deliver to the customer premises an Aastra 400 that is fully built and configured to the reseller’s specification. Premitel would then work with the reseller to commission the Aastra 400 at the customer premises.
Premitel would be happy to provide pre-sales assistance as required.
Premitel would also provide remote maintenance of the Aastra 400 as required
The customer would be the reseller’s customer and Premitel would be the reseller’s subcontractor.
