When Premitel supply products we usually act on our client’s behalf to secure the best product to meet their requirement taking full account of pricing and support issues.

We do not add a profit margin to the product, but charge for the time required to source the product.

However, there are some standard products that we customize by configuring them to provide a specific solution.

We call these Value Added Products.

In such cases we would add a profit margin to these products to reflect the value that we have added to the standard product.
