The Premitel ISDN2 Line Simulator enables off-site configuring and testing of phone systems that use ISDN2 lines.

This reduces the amount of time that installers have to spend on-site and avoids embarrassing and costly out-of-box failure situations on customer premises

Furthermore, once the phone system is configured and working for incoming and outgoing calls via the ISDN2 Line Simulator, the installer can be confident that any problems with the customer’s ISDN2 lines are the responsibility of the line provider.

The ISDN2 Line Simulator package includes:

• 3 x pre-configured DDI numbers that can configured in the phone system and be dialled free of charge from a VoIP phone or soft-phone client.
• instructions on downloading and configuring the free 3CX soft-phone client with a free VoIP phone number for making free external test calls to the telephone system
• £10 credit for making test calls from the phone system to national and international phone numbers. This can be topped up when necessary by contacting Premitel.

The ISDN2 Line simulator connects to the ethernet port of a standard broadband router and to the ISDN2 port of a phone system.

It is supplied with a single ISDN2 port which should be sufficient for testing and configuring a phone system. If required, multiple ISDN2 port versions are available.

Our ISDN2 Line Simulator is based on a Patton ISDN2 VoIP Gateway.

When an order is placed we will order the Patton Gateway from our suppliers and on receipt will configure it to UK ISDN2 standards and provision it with VoIP account details and DDI numbers so that it can be simply plugged in and used.

It will then be despatched immediately.

The ISDN2 Line Simultor cost £295 plus vat with an additional £15 plus vat for delivery.

It is supplied with a one-year return to base warranty
